= when you want to improve something, don’t remove the good parts with the bad parts
Ex: I know you want to change everything on your project, but “don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.” There are some good things you shouldn’t change.
Ex: Person #1 : I guess I’m going to sell all my old CDs since I don’t listen to them.
Person #2: “Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater.” You have some really good CDs you should keep.
