Set Up
Set something up
= arrange, organize
Ex: We “set up a meeting” for next week.
Ex: It’s almost time for us to open the store. Let’s “set up shop.”

2) Set someone up
= trick, trap, frame someone
Ex: The suspect of the crime says he was “set up by someone,” and he didn’t do the crime.
Ex: The bully “set up the other student” to get kicked in the butt by everyone.
